A Heart-Opening Ceremony to Help You Slow Down, Let Go, and Connect with Yourself and the Universe

This is more than just a sound bath. It’s a complete sensory and energetic experience designed to bring you into deep presence. Using Crystal Singing Bowls, Native American Flute, and Guided Meditation, each session gently guides you inward—to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner peace.

What to Expect

 

We begin by gathering in a calm, welcoming space. For those who choose to partake, ceremonial cacao is offered to gently awaken the heart and help you settle more deeply into the experience.

 

As you find comfort in your space, we move into a short guided mindfulness meditation. During this portion, the sound bath gently begins in the background—single tones from the crystal singing bowls are played softly beneath the spoken guidance, supporting you in relaxing the body and quieting the mind.

 

As the guided meditation concludes, the soundscape expands. The sound bath deepens, evolving into a more complex and intentional layering of tone and vibration. These frequencies move through your energetic system, calming the nervous system and encouraging emotional release, spaciousness, and inner alignment. Once the crystal singing bowls gradually return to silence, we pause for a moment of presence and stillness. Then, the Native American flute enters—offering a soulful voice to close the journey with grounded, heart-centered sounds.

 

The session ends with a few minutes of stillness and silent integration, giving you time to absorb the experience and gently return to your day with clarity, calm, and connection.
